Field Investigation Services

Field investigations include photographic and/or video documentation of the scene. Specialized techniques can be used to document important evidence such as blood spatter or bullet trajectories. Any physical evidence present at incident scenes is thoroughly documented, collected and preserved for subsequent laboratory analysis.
Crime scenes may be in unexpected and difficult to reach places. It is necessary to practice techniques to get to such 'out-of-the way' locations, as this trip to Anza-Borrego State Park in California demonstrates. Continual training to provide high level of service to clients in important to us.
Such training paid off when it was necessary to inspect a cabin located at the bottom of a deep canyon in Northern California. Efforts to locate biological samples from an occupant of this cabin were not successful.
This same investigation brought us to a crashed airplane on a remote island in the South Pacific.
